Airlines & aviation
Hangar and facility builds, ground support infrastructure, MRO fit-outs, and capital works planned around operational windows rather than against them.
ANC Bros Inc. provides independent project and program consulting to organizations that cannot afford a schedule to slip — airlines and aviation departments, construction firms and property maintenance companies. We work alongside your team, not above it.
Aviation, construction and property look nothing alike from the outside. Underneath they share the same pressures: regulated environments, long lead times, multiple contractors and very little tolerance for error.
Hangar and facility builds, ground support infrastructure, MRO fit-outs, and capital works planned around operational windows rather than against them.
An extra set of experienced hands for builders carrying more work than management capacity — tendering, cost control, site coordination and closeout.
Maintenance programs, vendor performance, winter operations and lifecycle planning across single sites or multi-property portfolios.
Most engagements start the same way: a project is already moving, something is not holding together, and the team needs someone senior who can read a drawing, a contract and a schedule with equal confidence.
End-to-end delivery of capital and maintenance projects — scope, budget, schedule, risk register and reporting your executive can actually use.
Independent review of projects that have drifted, with a corrective plan, a revised baseline and the difficult conversations handled.
Scopes of work, tender packages, bid levelling, contract administration and holding trades to what they signed.
Documentation, permits, inspection trails and record-keeping structured so that an audit is a formality rather than an event.
Preventive schedules, service standards, KPIs and vendor scorecards for property and facility teams — including winter operations.
Acting for the client on site: protecting the budget, verifying progress claims and making sure what gets built is what was specified.
Four stages, agreed up front, with a fixed fee or a defined rate for each. You always know what is being done and what it costs.
A no-charge conversation about the project, the constraints and whether we are the right fit.
Site walk, document review and stakeholder interviews, ending in a written findings summary.
We take the mandate — managing, coordinating and reporting until the agreed milestones are met.
Documentation, close-out records and a plan your own team can run without us.
The lot was cleared and salted before our first shift arrived, every storm last winter. We never had to phone and ask where the plow was.
They walked the site before signing anything, marked the hazards and told us straight what they could and could not commit to. That honesty is why we renewed.
Our insurer asked for winter service records after a slip claim. Everything was logged, date and time, and the file closed quickly.
Brought in halfway through a stalled build. Within a month we had a realistic schedule, a tidy set of records and trades who turned up.
Tell us what the project is, where it stands and what is worrying you about it. The first call costs nothing and usually takes twenty minutes.
SEASONAL OPERATIONS
Plowing, removal and salting for driveways, laneways and commercial lots across Simcoe County. Contracted before the season starts, so you are never the one phoning around at 5 a.m. looking for a plow.
Same crews, same standards, different scale. Tell us which you need and we will quote from your property, not from a price list.
Driveways, rural laneways and the walkways your family and visitors actually use.
Lots and yards where a late opening costs you money, staff hours or a liability claim.
Every property is quoted on its own layout, surfaces and hours. A typical agreement covers the following.
Driveways, lots, laneways and fire routes cleared to your agreed trigger depth, with piles stacked where they will not cost you parking or sightlines.
When banks get too big to push back, snow is relocated on site or loaded and hauled away.
Applied after clearing and ahead of forecast freezing rain, with the material and rate recorded each visit.
Hand-clearing and ice control where people actually walk — the areas that generate slip-and-fall claims.
Forecasts watched through the season so crews are assigned before the snow starts, not after your phone call.
Date, time, crew, conditions and materials logged for every visit — the record your insurer asks for after an incident.
Agreements are written before the season starts, so both sides know what triggers a visit and what it costs.
We walk the property, note surfaces, hazards and where snow can go, and confirm your hours.
Trigger depth, response time and inclusions, priced seasonally or per storm.
Monitoring, dispatch and service, with a real person to reach during an event.
A summary of what was serviced and what to change for next winter.
Routes are built by area, so booking early in your town usually means an earlier visit during a storm.
Seasonal contracts are best confirmed before October 15th. Just outside these areas? Ask anyway — we take properties case by case.
If yours is not here, phone or email and you will get a straight answer.
Once accumulation reaches the trigger depth in your agreement — 5 cm. Commercial sites with early openings are serviced first.
It is quoted as part of a seasonal agreement for most commercial sites, and is available on request for residential driveways and walkways.
Markers are placed before the season so crews can see edges under snow. Anything fragile is noted at the site visit.
Where there is room on the route, yes, though rates and availability are better before the season starts. Seasonal contracts are best confirmed before October 15th.
Both are available. A seasonal rate fixes your winter cost regardless of snowfall; per-storm billing suits properties with lighter needs.
Send your address and a short description of the property — driveway, lot size, walkways — and we will come out, measure up and quote it. Seasonal contracts are best confirmed before October 15th.
ABOUT US
ANC Bros Inc. is a small, hands-on firm. Every engagement is led personally, so the person who quotes the work is the person who runs it.
PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Soraya Martins founded ANC Bros Inc. in 2022 to give organizations access to senior project leadership without adding a permanent role to the payroll. She works directly on every engagement — clients deal with her, not a rotating account team.
She brings over a decade of experience across aviation and construction, which is where the firm's cross-sector perspective comes from. An airline hangar program, a commercial build and a multi-property maintenance contract all fail for the same reasons, and she has spent her career learning to catch those reasons early.
Based in Simcoe County, Ontario, Soraya takes consulting engagements across Canada, on site or remote, and delivers hands-on construction and property services locally through the ANC Bros field team.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL
The right machine, dropped at your site and picked up when you are done. Rent by the day for digging, grading, landscaping, site prep, snow clearing and moving material. The skid steer comes with a bucket, and pallet forks are available.
Both units are maintained in-house and checked before every rental, so they arrive ready to work.
A compact tracked excavator that fits through gates and between buildings while still handling real digging. Suited to footings, trenching, drainage, stump and rock removal, and tight-access work where a full-size machine will not go.
A tracked skid steer with the flotation to work on soft ground without tearing it up. Built for moving material, grading and levelling, loading trucks, clearing brush and pushing snow. It comes with a bucket, and pallet forks are available on request — tell us which you need when you book.
Site prep, material handling and winter clearing. Short clips from real jobs, no sound.
Contractors, landscapers, farmers and homeowners taking on a weekend project — if the job needs a machine, one of these two will usually do it.
Delivery and pickup only — we bring the machine to you and collect it at the end of your rental. Customer pickup is not available.
Tell us the job, the site, the dates, and whether you need the skid steer with a bucket or pallet forks.
Availability, rental terms and a delivery charge for your location, agreed before anything moves.
The machine arrives fuelled, greased and ready, with a walk-through of controls and safe operation.
When your rental ends we collect it. No trailering, no return trip, no fuss.
Delivery and pickup are quoted per location, so the charge depends on how far the machine has to travel and site access. Give us the address and we will confirm it up front.
Rent by the day, the weekend or longer, arranged around your build schedule. Bucket or pallet forks on the skid steer, your choice.
Serviced, inspected and cleaned between rentals, because a machine that will not start costs you a day.
No trailer, no truck, no licence headaches. We drop off and collect.
Based in Simcoe County, so the machine is not coming from three hours away.
Call or text with your dates, the job and the site address. Machines book up quickly in the busy season, so give us as much notice as you can.
